OVN job failed due to NTP sync. Has been tested within a multinode and deploys without issue. Also Barbican integration has been tested and confirmed to work.

Using a new version of the collection which provides support for deploying OpenBao in a highly available manner and adjusting the playbooks to utilise this feature it is now possible to deploy OpenBao inplace of Vault for PKI and Barbican.
