@assumptionsandg is this ready to review (and is the fact that it's RL9.4 a problem now that 9.5 is out?

I think that depends on whether we want to keep syncing old point releases, or if we only care about the current release. If it's the latter we can update to 9.5.

I think we should at least keep them in config, I've updated it to include the RHEL minor version. I don't think 9.5 is available yet upstream from checking the repo, so we should keep it at 9.4 for now.

So we do need this fairly urgently for Slurm please.

9.5 was released recently so this is current now, 9.4 for 2.8.0 and 2.9.1 is moved to deprecated for future reference.
