fix: style shorthand not referencing variables

Svelte 5 rewrite

Closes #12367

The style shorthand was never referencing variables in the scope, as i've said in the comment i've used a specific function instead of SvelteDirective because the style directive doesn't have an expression (so i would've needed to guard against the style type), it can't have the name with dot's in it since to be a shorthand it also needs to be a css property.

Also for some reason this test

svelte/packages/svelte/src/reactivity/date.test.ts

Line 11 in d986094

test('date.setDate and date.setUTCDate', () => {

keeps failing locally (maybe it has to do with timezones)

Please note that the Svelte codebase is currently being rewritten for Svelte 5. Changes should target Svelte 5, which lives on the default branch (main).
