  • Add an xdgTestHelper scheme so that it is built correctly as
    a dependancy of TestFoundation.

  • When copying the xdgTestHelper binary use a cp relative to
    the $BUILD_ROOT

@pushkarnk Could you try this, I tested with Xcode 9.4 and saw no issues.

Yes, this fixes the build errors I mentioned in https://forums.swift.org/t/unable-to-build-testfoundation-in-xcode/13120 ... Thanks @spevans !
