These commits are necessary to integrate ABI checking with prebuilt module generation. More specifically:

  1. Adding swift-api-digester options to swift-driver: 3c448c2
  2. Integrate ABI checking with the swift-driver build process: Add an integration with swift-api-digester #721
  3. Integrate ABI checking with the driver for generating prebuilt modules: PrebuiltModule: generate ABI baseline files as byproducts of generating prebuilt modules #824
