In the feedback of this proposal it was brought up that
clock.sleep(for:)could be back deployed, and thatTask.sleep(for:)should have a tolerance argument for symmetry with the clock API.I also removed a sentence in the compatibility section that is not true.
The Swift repo PR has also been updated: swiftlang/swift#61222
