Instead of storing an llvm::Constant, store an offset relative to the class metadata base.
I'm not ripping it out completely, because I'm going to repurpose it for something else.
This makes it work with dynamic offsets too, but that case doesn't come up yet.
Not hooked up until some more MetadataLayout changes land.
