Revisions and improvements largely cherry-picked from #14295 and #14594, but with the changes for conditionally conformant ranges removed.
• Explanation: Documentation revisions to several parts of the standard library, including missing documentation in Array and the integer types, and improvements to discussions of ranges and collection slicing.
• Scope: This includes only changes to the standard library's inline documentation, there is no functional change.
