This is the initial commit of the updated plus zero tests. These will not run when we have a +1 runtime (i.e. before we flip the switch), so please ignore these. As mentioned previously (see https://forums.swift.org/t/proposal-to-change-the-default-ownership-for-passing-parameters) I have a script that lets me update this easily from my side branch.
