Add missing comment after .h file #endif


Before merging this pull request to apple/swift repository:

This is incorrect LLVM style.

The comment should use // not /*.

Please see:

http://llvm.org/docs/CodingStandards.html#comment-formatting

Can you change all of the recent patches you submitted to follow that format.
