I noticed this marker was marked as old and would be removed soon, so I figured I could go ahead and do away with it. I also noticed that
_APIstates that such function names should be prefixed withswift_but there's a lot of marked_APIfunctions that are not following this. If I can, I would like to see if I can follow this pr up with another one that normalizes this.
