I figure that you guys will have comments on this. I'm happy to move the content from my tree into the Swift tree if you guys would prefer. However, this at least provides some documentation on the cross-compilation strategy (using android as a guinea pig). |

This adds documentation to build the android SDK (standard library, libdispatch, foundation, and XCTest) for Android on Windows. This is pretty bare abut provides a line in the sand from where we can improve the documentation for cross-compilation, building just the SDK, and android specific items.

Yeah, lets add this skeleton that we can improve; I think that people want to build for android but do not have a good way to get started right now. |
