A fix to PR #33561, which missed some ptrauth details from the previous runtime casting implementation. This PR just copies the necessary bits from the previous code in Casting.cpp (the old code is scheduled for removal).
In particular, this fixes Obj-C bridging on macOS running on AppleSilicon.
