…achine invariants We can't feed resolved DependentMemberTypes into the Requirement Machine since that will trigger an assertion if there is a missing conformance. Instead, copy and paste some logic from GenericSignatureBuilder.cpp to 'erase' resolved DependentMemberTypes into unresolved DependentMemberTypes.
