This fixes the missing type vars in bindings printing. So,
($T7 [involves_type_vars: $T2] [with possible bindings: (subtypes of) () -> _] [defaults: () -> _])should print as:
($T7 [involves_type_vars: $T2] [with possible bindings: (subtypes of) () -> $T2] [defaults: () -> $T8])
