I fixed a few things. Now I am finally hitting cases where we have guaranteed/owned arguments, so I really need to do the SILGen work. But this was a good first step. rdar://29671437

I fixed a few things. Now I am finally hitting cases where we have
guaranteed/owned arguments, so I really need to do the SILGen work. But this was
