I noticed that the penultimate change log entry was missing syntax highlighting, and that some entries had extra indentation, unnecessarily padding them on the left. This PR fixes both.
Do I need to run CI, even though this is a changelog-only PR? Wondering if there's a way for the build scripts to detect Markdown-only changes and return early?
