This is an unoptimized stdlib. Maybe we should just disable the test instead. cc @moiseev |

FWIW: I made a note on rdar://problem/30269532 to revert back the timeout value. |

Arrays.swift.gyb takes 44-45mins to avoid CI bot from failing I am increasing the timeout to 50mins.
