Adding new symbols exposed from libstdc++ on Fedora 39 and Ubuntu 24.04.
Original: #73142
Affected CI Job: https://ci.swift.org/view/Swift%206.0/job/oss-swift-6.0-package-fedora-39/1/

  • Explanation: There are more symbols exported from the libstdc++ on newer Linux distros
  • Scope: The symbol visibility test on Linux
  • Original PR: [Test] Add symbols visible on Ubuntu 23.10 #73142
  • Risk: Low (it's a test change that only affects Linux)

Adding new symbols exposed from libstdc++ on Fedora 39 and Ubuntu 24.04.
