@nkcsgexi, just want to confirm that the range_info_basics.swift changes are okay. AST dump output isn't supposed to be considered stable or machine-readable, but if something's relying on it I can hold off on this.

@jrose-apple thanks for letting me know. The range-info dump is no more than a test utility; as long as the underlying DeclContext* is correct, it is fine.
