The original test that leaned on
DebugDescriptionpassed onmainbut failed on Windows in the 6.1 branch. I've already merged this intorelease/6.1here, so this PR just brings the fixed test back over tomainfor the future. (It's better to keep it insulated from any changes toDebugDescription, anyway.)
