…nding)` is explicit This broke when we split `@execution(...)` into `@concurrent` and `nonisolated(nonsending)` because the latter became its own `TypeRepr`, whereas the condition for whether to attempt migration diagnostics inside `resolveASTFunctionType` is still based on the function type's attributes alone.
