Description
Add supports for IPAM and dynamic allocation of IP addresses
Motivation and Context
Amazon VPC IP Address Manager (IPAM) is a VPC feature that makes it easier to plan, track, and monitor IP addresses. This pull request adds support for it, which allows for dynamic IP allocations.
Breaking Changes
Proposed changes don't break the backward compatibility.
How Has This Been Tested?

Additionally, I have deployed other examples to check if backward compatibility is maintained.
