Description

Add supports for IPAM and dynamic allocation of IP addresses

Motivation and Context

Amazon VPC IP Address Manager (IPAM) is a VPC feature that makes it easier to plan, track, and monitor IP addresses. This pull request adds support for it, which allows for dynamic IP allocations.

Breaking Changes

Proposed changes don't break the backward compatibility.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • I have updated at least one of the examples/* to demonstrate and validate my change(s)
  • I have tested and validated these changes using one or more of the provided examples/* projects
  • I have executed pre-commit run -a on my pull request

I have delpoyed module in AWS using the example that is added in the PR with a different configuration, I performed several updates and then destroyed the module. Additionally, I have deployed other examples to check if backward compatibility is maintained.
