Fixed:

After clicking stop, the progress bar is still visible
Multiple line breaks should not be able to be sent
Some actions are in progress, but the button is displayed as Send, such as ExplainThisAction,RefactorThisAction,FixThisAction

Added:

Add a tooltip in the input box
ToolwindowTitle, WelcomePanel, and Placeholder dynamically translate based on language changes
After clicking on New Chat, clear the input box and add WelcomePanel
