We should link to the docc documentation, that is hosted on swiftpackageindex. However this change is relying on: SwiftPackageIndex/SwiftPackageIndex-Server#2053

We have some upcoming work on the API docs to migrate stuff to DocC and host it properly. What I want to do is wait until SPI supports external documentation and point that to our docs |

It'll be some time likely until the Vapor API docs are fixed so we'll go with this for now |
