Following on from #1366 and #1432, I've now finished going through the guides and these are relatively minor tweaks to the remaining pages.
Some are more subjective than others. Even if the original wording was technically correct, I tried to reword anything that caused me to stumble on first reading.
Let me know if anything is unclear or contentious.
