Description

This PR includes changes for upgrading the Track2 migration code to SDK version of 1.0.0-beta.10. This also requires to upgrade Azure.ResourceManager to 1.1.1.

There's one breaking change in this PR:
In network rule related cmdlets, TenantId is changed to TenantId .
