Importing Raw PCM Audio with Audacity

These instructions worked with Audacity 2.0.6 for OSX.

Select File -> Import -> Raw Data.. from the menu.
Select the raw PCM data to import.
Enter the following details if they are not automatically detected:

Encoding: Signed 16 bit PCM
Byte order: Little endian
Channels: 1 Channel (Mono)
Sample rate: 16000 Hz

Click Import.
