Description

Move to react-native-mmkv (version 2.6.1 is required for RN71).
Also fixes SettingsScreen - it seems setting the screen from there does not work ATM

WOAUILIB-3450

⚠️ Move to react-native-mmkv (BREAKING CHANGE - remove some functionality from Config).
