Update README.md for zigpy-znp with list of all compatible hardware as plan is to remove such a list from zigpy in zigpy/zigpy#705

Downstream project(s) also want such information to be provided by upstream as per home-assistant/home-assistant.io#17089

PS: Both zigpy/zigpy#705 and #69 are together also related to the change of zigpy-cc to be listed as "legacy" and also list CC253x devices under zigpy-znp as @puddly posted in home-assistant/home-assistant.io#17089 that all Texas Instruments Zugbee coordinators with any Z-Stack version are now relatively stable with zigpy-znp so should no longer be any no need to list versions.

Great work !!

I can recommending putting the most detailed information i the Zigpy Uncyclo under respective coordinator and if its very long then making it folding parts so not being 3 pages for every device that normal user dont reading.

Today is most information in the "Coordinator Firmware Updates" but perhaps doing one page for every "family" of coordinators like "Supported coordinators zigpy-cc", "Supported coordinators EZSP" and so on if like making it little more spacey.

Changed text so only link to Z2M supported adapters once
