Why do we have here "udd" and "personalities" folders? are they needed / used?

Otherwise looks good.

@0xc0170 Those folders contain data that is closely associated with the version of the drivers we are providing in this release. With this data, a customer can use the Cypress graphical configuration tools (Configurators) to configure a PSoC 6 device differently than it is configured in the BSPs shipped in the release.
