Since the target K64 is named the same as the MCU I had to add the target name to the new platform name. Not sure if this is the best way.

Shall we move device.h to a platform specific folder, same for all peripheral pinMap?

Moved peripheral PinMap declarations to PeripheralPins.c
Deleted duplicate mbed_overrides.c
