They were merged into this PR as
a) One PR had some fixes required in the other two
b) Each branch modified the doxyfile_options and doxygen_options.json files, simpler to merge as one.
Documentation changes to Doxygen descriptions for the RTOS (mbed components only, exclude CMSIS/RTX doc), HAL, and features/Framework modules to allow Doxygen to build without errors/warnings.
