[Open for Debugging] Bundle three PRs for single CI run

Test PR for running multiple PRs through CI at once.
All PRs need CI and are targeting 5.10.2

• Remove GCC_CR #8304
• Fix warnings in block devices #8256
• Print the warning messages in debug mode #8222
