Add github phpunit tests. The work is adopted from https://github.com/liip/LiipImagineBundle/blob/2.x/.github/workflows/phpunit.yml
I changed dependencies in composer.json to get all testruns working.
I removed EOL minor versions for symfony 3.4 and 4.4
Please let me know what you think about this.
