The Node's host can now be configured through NODE_HOST environment variable, defaults to 0.0.0.0.

@ZainabSalameh thanks for the PR, have you checked that the build fails? The tests are not passing. Could you have a look?

(I did not comment before since I was waiting for you to check the build).
