• Updated the latest version to 1.8 in src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/neo-mxnet.json
• Updated the import statement in tests/data/mxnet_mnist/mnist_neo.py
• Updated the input_shape in tests/integ/test_neo_mxnet.py
