Seems like the availability of the M1 runners are low at the moment. The CI is taking a lot of time to run. That's why I've created another PR to use macOS 13 #523 |

Summary
We were using an older version of macOS (macOS 12). As of January 30th, 2024, GitHub announced the new M1 macOS runner. Here's the link for the blog post
