Trying to make some sense of https://www.drupal.org/core/release-cycle-overview -- looking at the "Overview and major version schedule", does this mean that 8.2 is EOL now and should be removed? (given that 8.2.x has no overlap with 8.3.x?)

I thought that minor releases would have a little bit overlap. But, according to the latest policy:

Previous minor releases will become unsupported when a new minor release is published.
https://www.drupal.org/core/release-cycle-overview

I will create a new PR to remove 8.2.x
