history: context menu for section titles

Description

• send events for context menu + button clicks on section titles

Testing Steps

• Visit: https://deploy-preview-1481--content-scope-scripts.netlify.app/build/pages/history/?history=200
• hover a section title - either right-click or click on the 3 dots
• Choose cancel in the dialog - nothing should alter in the page
• Then try again, this time confirm the dialog - the section should be removed from the page
• NOTE: I have not verified if the sidebar should be updated after deleting items - I'll address it in a later PR
