CUDA failures:

• SYCL :: Plugin/enqueue-arg-order-buffer.cpp - regression unrelated to the patch (introduced by [SYCL] Lower queue::wait() to piQueueFinish when possible llvm#4044)
• SYCL :: Plugin/enqueue-arg-order-image.cpp - regression unrelated to the patch (introduced by [SYCL] Lower queue::wait() to piQueueFinish when possible llvm#4044)
• SYCL :: USM/memadvise.cpp - fixed in [SYCL] Store version in CGAdviseUSM to enable extended members llvm#4057

Windows failures:

• SYCL :: Basic/subdevice_pi.cpp - misalignment between tests and compiler versions. The problem should gone after the restart.
