As discussed on rust-lang#13, this goes back to the original layout, namely side titles on large res, but aligns them to the left and gives enough spacing to display the code snippets with large monospaced fonts (e.g Monaco, Menlo).

Title: 20% Table: 80%, imo it looks a bit better that way and adds one
"responsive" change.
