xena: wallaby merge
The 3.24 tag was recently updated to 3.24.1 which includes a version of pulp_container that causes client pulp container syncs to fail.
Pin pulp version to 3.24.0
This should allow enough time for rebooting a Ceph OSD host without firing the alert.
The argument list was missing -e which meant the first argument was interpreted as image regexes.
