String should work because we have a variety of StringLiteralConvertibles in Version.swift, does it not work, if it doesn't it is a bug in either the PM or Swift proper.

unless it is recent change, I'm testing this Linux version: https://swift.org/builds/ubuntu1404/swift-2.2-SNAPSHOT-2015-12-01-b/swift-2.2-SNAPSHOT-2015-12-01-b-ubuntu14.04.tar.gz

error: cannot convert value of type 'String' to expected argument type 'Range<Version>'
