These failures don't look particularly related to SwiftArgumentParser. @shahmishal is there some way to run a baseline build and see which ones are failing without this change? Or would I need to open a new empty PR for that? |

This changes the checked-out version of swift-argument-parser from 1.0.1 to 1.0.3 in
common.py. This pulls in a bug fix needed by SwiftPM (rdar://88097258).
