This is a speculative fix for the unified build which was broken by PR swiftlang#64177 as the `CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR` is going to point to LLVM not Swift.

CC: @meg-gupta @hyp If this starts the build (i.e. gets past the configure phase), I think that we should just force merge this to repair the build rather than go with #64239. |
