The experimental latency control API has since been implemented in
sycl::ext::intel::experimental::pipe but never merged back into the
supported extension specification.

This is a prerequisite of further experimental extensions in

#5838

The experimental latency control API has since been implemented in sycl::ext::intel::experimental::lsu, but never merged back into the supported extension specification.

Pipe spec has already been merged here: #5895.
